We always request system/tab audio (Snagit-style). Chrome usually offers Share tab audio pre-selected for a Chrome tab — leave it checked. Pick the Zoom/Teams tab (best) or entire screen + system audio on Windows. Zoom still uses your mic for the meeting; we only listen.
Reminder: we are not recording the video of the screen you pick — audio only for the coach. Pause stops sending audio but keeps coverage, transcript tail, and the share session.
After a real interview — in person, Zoom you recorded yourself, or phone — upload the audio or paste a transcript. We score it against this interview’s prep, then you can have a 1:1 voice chat with Grok about how it went.
